Kim brings expertise in assessment of Continuing Medical Education (CME) learner educational needs, identification of professional practice gaps, development of measurable learning objectives, and facilitation of evaluation processes. Kim is well versed in Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) Criteria for Accreditation with Commendation, and Standards for Commercial Support. Kim volunteers for ACCME as a volunteer surveyor and is a member of Society for Academic Continuing Medical Education (SACME).
- Internship Duties:
- Develop and send Qualtrics surveys, review evaluation data results and assist in research development. Create charts and visuals representing outcome measurements for posters. Submit conference abstracts and assist in development of scholarly manuscripts.
